  • WHAT event types can you do?

Loads! We are experienced in everything from private and charity events, to uni balls, festivals, weddings and more! 

  • do you cater for dietary requirements?

Beautiful Italian street food should be available to all! We can cater to most, if not all, dietary requirements: diary-free, gluten-free, lactose-free, nut-free, halal, vegan, vegetarian. Just let us know your dietary needs when enquiring. 

  • can you come to my area?

We really are cross-country, and can come to most places in the UK. We do have a minimum booking fee for events outside of the M25 however, and additional fuel costs may be incurred for distances over 100 miles away from our London base. 

  • how do you price events?

Fairly! We take pride in having a very clear, consistent pricing form which we share as soon as you make an enquiry. We offer different pricing packages based on 'per guest' or 'per portion' pricing with different menu pack options. There are no hidden costs, and our prices cover all costs, including packaging, staff, set-up, etc.  

  • how does it work on the day?

We usually give ourselves two hours before service to set up at your event. 

Service times depend on how many guests and how much food we need to make. Pack-down usually takes around an hour and a half. 

We'll have your chosen menu printed and displayed at the front of the pitch. We operate self-service, canap
é service or waitered service. 

  • What do i need?

We will need access to the truck (or van, if you book the marquee kitchen). We will also need access to power and water. We usually run on two 16-amp connections when making the full menu, and we use LPG for our pasta boiler. 

  • Can i do a menu tasting?

We always recommend that, if possible, you come to one of our sites for a casual meeting and menu tasting. They really help in deciding on your bespoke menu, and it's always nice to run through everything in person!
